I think he’s lost it and I am not exaggerating. He thinks all this hot air is substance he has no idea.
Sometimes I almost think he believes it... but then I see how cynically he abuses the executive powers and gives Congress and the Inspector Generals the run around. No, it's just manipulation leavened with a generous helping of self love.
