As an aside, I would like to know why (even incompetent) LE resources are directed at pot when we have hundreds of thousands of violent illegal aliens committing serious crimes including rape and murder.Because that's hard and involves real police work instead of sitting in a parking lot writing down license plates while eating donuts, then dressing up in your SWAT outfit to play soldier.
