If I recall correctly, The Art of the Deal was written in 1987, perhaps too soon to judge the impact that Reagan had in the long run, especially in the area of economic reform and tax cuts. More importantly, Reagan was smart enough to surround himself with very bright people who advised him in areas where he felt he needed help. Milton Friedman, for example, was a "silent adviser" for Reagan. Compare that to the cronyism that Stupid is using by electing "czars" to advise him. The fact he selected that terms should have told us something.
