The coalition government has come to agreement on a law which will make it easier to deport foreigners who break German law.

Foreigners who commit crimes such as sexual assault will in the future be more easily deported from the country, that is if a law agreed upon by the interior minister and the justice minister in Berlin on Tuesday is passed.

According to the draft law, refugees will lose their right to asylum if they commit a crime that comes with a jail term of longer than a year, reports broadcaster N-tv. ...

Much easier to keep them out than to deport them after they rape and kill citizens of your own country. Just ask those who have been victims of illegal criminals in this country.

That is a mighty thin veneer painted over a major gouge in the furniture...
Keep importing large number of islamics that are hell bent on destroying your Country and culture, but by golly, if one of them rapes someone, or kills someone, we will deport them. At least the ones we catch... Maybe...

German cops will tell you....sexual assaults aren’t counted as such anymore....it’s ‘bodily harm’, which has all kinds of different meanings. So if you ask some German political figure....they have no idea how many sexual assaults were committed in 2015, and they’d be telling you the truth.

So they can sneak back in and do it again. And again.

Agreement comes just over 2 weeks from the attacks and after the Police Chief was forced out. Not so bad considering how hard it is to pry so-called refugees away from Liberals.

Next bunch goes to Poland. Tell them hold this and then walk away.

Leftists are already protesting you can’t deport the Muslim rapists back to unsafe countries. This is 100% politican CYA. Nobody is getting deported back to the ME. Syrians etc. still know they are untouchable. Maybe a few Moroccans get deported but their are millions already there so that is pissing into the wind, IMO. Camel is already out of the barn in Europe. Europe is already dead and we are just waiting for the death certificate.

Sure you can send them back to Syria. To the expanding areas of US backed militias. This will actually help push the necessity of ending the Syria mess. Then conditions can be created that will make some want to return on their own.

Action by their failed leader to pretend to show leadership. Too late now for the ugly-a$$ old hag to unrape and unkill the women.

I am guessing sentences will come down to 10 months for these crimes. Don’t trust the Liberals in Germany.

Yep. All of this is beside the point if they'd be in danger wherever you're trying to send them. That isn't allowed. This business of making it "easier to deport them" doesn't actually mean that it's possible to deport them.

This is nonsense, the sort of political window dressing you throw out when you haven't any intention of actually addressing the problem. A private citizen resorting to this would be jailed for aiding and abetting. A government gets away with it.
