Jeb is sitting at 3% and the only reason he isnâ€™t being exiled to the kidsâ€™ table is his famous last name.

Which is unfair to Fiorina and Rand who also poll at 3%.

But Jeb could honestly retort with, "I'm paying for this seat!" Which would be the truth.
