Youve Come A Long Way Baby

Posted on 01/11/2016 4:12:55 PM PST by CharlesOConnell

Google's current mindwash logo celebrates Suffragette Alice Paul.

Student of collective brainwashing, Stella Morabito, mentioned master brainwashing technician, Edward Bernays, in her 6-8-2015 Federalist article How To Escape The Age Of Mass Delusion - Mass delusion is an important tool of oppressors because they can't survive.

Bernays, author of the 1928 History is a Weapon, in the ad business for Big Tobacco in the 1920s, like Walter Lippmann, he had sufficient experience forming public opinion to have a very low regard for the common man.

Bernays, one of the original masters of the political shakedown, exploited the fact that most American municipalities had laws against women smoking in public.

Bernays coordinated with a number of suffragettes--not necessarily Alice Paul--to sponsor a mass agitation, mixing their slogans with the revolutionary, anti-patriarchal demonstration of smoking in public.

Bernays later received the penalty in his own flesh, for leading generations of women in to smoking--You've Come a Long Way, Baby, irginia Slims--when his own wife died of lung cancer.

"Bernays coordinated with a number of suffragettes--not necessarily Alice Paul---

You were good enough to note that this article you posted has, really, nothing to do with Alice Paul.

It IS significant to remember that Alice Paul, author of the 1923 U.S. Equal Rights Amendment, was an early PRO-LIFE feminist:

"Abortion is the ultimate exploitation of women." -- Alice Paul

Am I the only one that thought this was a tribute to Mary Poppins?

Heck yeah. She started off young, but as time went on, she just kept getting older and older.
