In New Hampshire, however, Mr. Trump received 33 percent support from likely voters in the Republican primary, which is more than double the amount of his closest rival, Mr. Rubio, at 15 percent. Mr. Cruz got 12 percent. And despite a sense that Mr. Christie is on the rise in the state, he was at 5 percent in the Fox News poll, in sixth place. Both Mr. Bush and Gov. John Kasich of Ohio are ahead of him, with Mr. Bush at 9 percent and Mr. Kasich at 7 percent.
Meanwhile, in the Democratic contest, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont has a 13-percentage point lead over Hillary Clinton, 50 percent to her 37 percent. Mr. Sandersâs lead has grown since a one-point lead in a similar poll in November. Martin OâMalley, the third candidate in the race, is at 3 percent.

New Hampshire is a small, northern state. Who cares?
Yup, always based on conjecture of the New York centric media....
I’ve never listened to a Dem debate, or heard Sanders speak. I’m wondering though if he attacks Hillary, or just concentrates on ideology. Anyone know?
Unlike Iowa, New Hampshire actually picked the GOP’s presidential nominee in 2008 and 2012.
I live in New Hampshire so I get all the Sanders commercials. It’s all (and I mean ALL) envy politics. The rich have money, it should be yours so vote for Sanders.
I hope you have plenty of barf bags.
Nah, I just laugh when I see a “Bernie” sign in front of a $500k home.
New Hampshire comes really soon after Iowa this time too.
That is VERY important to remember.
Because whatever bump Cruz might get out of squeaking out a victory in Iowa, will get immediately crushed by news coverage of Trumps massive victory in New Hampshire and that momentum will carry over to South Carolina where Trump is already massively ahead and once he wins big there too... it will be a total sweep of the remaining states.
Ideology. He doesn’t attack Clinton.
Correlation. Previous nominees on both sides have won NH, placed #1 or 2 in Iowa, and held a strong lead nationally.
Trump.
So much for the American dream. He is selling the old Russian dream....did not work out so well for those Russians(too easy to destroy).
Just show how communism destroyed a country and how many people were killed in it for communism in one commercial, compare to the American dream. Then go on to another country in the next....on down the line.
Who cares?
Why does it matter and what does it mean?
This means Democrats AND Republicans are sick of their respective Establishments.
It means a revolution happening in the country... This is the beginning of ‘the change’...
“New Hampshire is a small, northern state. Who cares?”
Fair question, if NH didn’t vote second. But do badly in NH and your funding stream dries up...except for Trump, of course.
