What a great place to have seen Bowie. That place hosted lots of greats, everyone from John Philip Sousa to Rachmaninoff to Elvis to Ray Charles to BB King to Dylan to David Bowie. But perhaps the most interesting thing to me about Ellis was that before it actually opened, it hosted the United Confederate Veterans convention.
