The German situation is even worse than you presented. Sure, the Cologne police chief got fired, but the despicable mayor hasn’t resigned.
And, sure, there has been some scrambling and slithering by left politicians, including, mirabile dictu, Angela Merkel, Mutti herself, to tap dance away from the catastrophe they’ve created and countenanced.
But the massive coverup and deafening silence from the left and the MSM is the real story and it’s disgusting. The MSM has barely reported on these events and that begrudgingly with their mealymouthed confirmation of The Narrative, extreme deference to (their approved) authorities (“experts sayâ€) and presentation by both statement and strategic silence of the Inner Party’s line. But the intellectual/ideological left is, if possible, even worse!
There is a complete blackout–utter silence–from the likes of the execrable Salon, from Slate, The Nation, Mother Jones, The New Republic. Zip, nada, nothing! It’s almost as if the issues of mass 3rd world immigration, Muslim incompatibility with the West and the overall project of multiculturism might be getting discredited by events….

Every one of these fonts of feminism is layin' low.
Why didn't the women who were attacked simply tell their attackers how strong they were, how independent they were, how feminist they were?
These people are great at attacking their dads and boyfriends. They really kick the hell out of their male professors, the old guy who owns the drug store, their mild-mannered bosses at work.
But now, we're dealing with millions of men who don't give a rabbit's butt about their "third-wave feminism," or whatever it is.
Where are their big bad leaders? I hear only silence.
And remember, these males are simply swarthier-looking caucasians i.e. whites who are very religious. Why atheist libs love middle-eastern Muslims who despise them and their culture has yet to be explained adequately.
The cognitive dissonance of Europeans is growing to an obvious blow-off stage. Muslims are to be welcomed, the “far right” nativists are to be purged, all while Muslim youth rampage in their towns and rape their women
We know that Muslim attacks won’t go away, if anything, they will grow worse.
So at some point, the longer the political class seeks to cover things up, there will be an extreme and ugly reaction. I just don’t know how long that will take.
