Penn ought to be arrested and charged with aiding an escaped prisoner.
And based on the details of Chapo’s escapes, authorities ought to move him to different cells every 7 to 14 days, with no notice and a varied schedule.
I suggest Kate del Castillo find someplace to hide like the Northwest Territory.
The Sinaloa Cartel is going to put a contract on him and it will probably be six figures for the first person to take him out. He will not be safe in any Mexican Prison, or even a US prison where Mexican Gangs operate (which is all of them.)
I’m betting that Guzman AND his cohorts want to “speak” to Penn and Del Castillo as well. :-) If the two of them had any sense...and I don’t think they do... they’d get themselves to a place where NOBODY knew they were and then stay there for a good LONG time.
