Donald Trump view of "EMINENT DOMAIN FOR PRIVATE USE" Read the history of "Eminent Domain" for yourself.
Donald Trump didn't have the power to take it, as a private citizen.
BUT ...the Government taking someone's property and giving not to Donald Trump's company, DID GO AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION, pure and simple !
