That is actually a vey impressive record. That didn’t include all the cases he litigated that weren’t before the Supreme Court.
Cruz knows his way and the S.C. Justice Scalia says he was the most brilliant clerk that ever worked there.

You are so ignorant. Do you know how many lawyers have won 5 Supreme Court cases? It is a very short list.
