If the only way you can keep your country's population numbers up is by opening the gates to your enemies, then whatever you're "saving" isn't YOUR country!
THESE people are supposed to be the "best and brightest????"
They should be taking in the Boer farmers who are being killed in South Africa. Those people are of mostly Dutch descent, but they would welcome refuge and could populate the depopulating eastern Germany and fill its rural areas and villages.
