One experience was in an airport bathroom. She had her foot in the sink! What the h*ll! Why do they wash their feet in an airport? It's not like she was walking around the airport barefoot. It may not sound gross but if you've had to witness this foot washing in public, I think you'd be disgusted, too. Disgusted? Never mind the feet.
You should have told her to concentrate on her hands, after wiping barehanded.
