In legal parlance this means nothing. I bet he answered that he could rule out the probability, which would be stronger, but then again we don’t know.

Line of questioning could be:

I’m highlighting the humiliation young girls suffered at the hands of this man ... the press keeps a lid on this type of stuff because it makes it easier to cover-up. It keeps the abuse from becoming memorable.
