Ted Cruz blasts Obama’s plan for empty SOTU seat in pro-life tweet

Sen. Ted Cruz said he'd leave an empty seat for the millions of unborn children killed by abortion in a dig at President Obama after he announced plans to leave a seat vacant during Tuesday's State of the Union address to honor victims of gun violence.

"If I'm elected POTUS, there'll be an empty seat for the over 50 million unborn children killed since Roe #Stand4Life," the Republican presidential candidate tweeted Friday.

If he didn’t have all the theater, he wouldn’t get any attention at all. He weighs in on every incident in the National news.....he doesn’t yet get that most people (even diehard Obamabots) have moved on and are looking to the future. He’s just trying to stay in the spotlight. I won’t be watching the SOTU. His voice and visage are like nails on a blackboard for me.
