I don't know why it took that long to settle the case but delays in a case can be created by either party. Was Trump responsible for the delay in the settlement? Possibly but it could have been the plaintiff holding out for a home run settlement from the billionaire defendant. A settlement requires the agreement of both parties and approval by the court. Sealing the records is SOP in most civil lawsuits. Businesses are concerned the trial evidence may contain proprietary information and other information which can be used by muckrakers. The attorneys are concerned that future trial opponents may be able to anticipate trial strategies. There are legitimate reasons for the court records to be sealed, other than hiding embarrassing information.

Not yet but there are on-going investigations. I can express my opinion that she's committed crimes but it is nothing more than an opinion until she is prosecuted. You know that not all unethical acts are crimes, right? Totally a non sequitur - lots of unethical people haven't necessarily committed crimes and thus, wouldn't be indicted.
Has Bill Clinton ever been indicted for rape? I guess he didn't rape Juanita Broderick and her case isn't worth pursuing.

The Clinton situations are different than the Trump allegations in significant ways. The allegations against the Clintons came from numerous sources, not just one journalist with an apparent personal vendetta. The evidence against the Clintons is better documented. Finally, there is no indication that Trump had government agencies running interference during the investigation.
And O.J. is still looking for the real killer.
Hillary is a crook. I'm not going to wait until she is convicted in a court to base my opinion of her on anything else.
Trump is either a habitual grifter or he isn't. Based on the evidence before me, I have to base my opinion on the former.
