Thousands upon thousands of emails sent to and received from the US SecState at clintonemail.com rather than state.gov? And no one noticed? Of course they all knew about it.

Hilary’s MO has always been to get so many people in on her crimes that it becomes impossible to get past all the vested interests to reach or stop her. Blackmail is her essence.

“...even though many senior officials were emailing her on her private server...”

I want to know if any of these senior/career State Department officials were the ones putting classified information into the unclassified system. They of all people should know better, no matter what that evil bitch Hillary told them to do.

This, coming out in the Daily Mail (UK)

Obama first finds out about it through the news.

Everyone who knew this broke the law and compromised national security. They should be indicted ad prosecuted.

Very disturbing. If the career bureaucrats are part of the cover-up, trust in our government sinks even further. The IRS scandal is another example. If the FBI doesn’t recommend criminal prosecution of Hillary, then it will show how corrupt our government has become.

Selling foreign governments access to classified emails EASY way to riches.

The U.S. State Department told a watchdog group in 2013 that it didn't have any information about former secretary Hillary Clinton's emails, even though 'dozens of senior officials' knew she was using a private server for all her electronic communications.

Are these "dozens" still serving as senior officials at the State Department?

The Freedom of Information Act requires federal agencies to respond to requests for information within 20 business days.

So, are there any penalties for not responding?

Why are these senior officials still senior officials?

?

?

?

Beuller?

Anyone?

If I remember correctly, the office of inspector general was left vacant (with Obama’s obvious connivance) during the whole time Hillary was Secretary of State. Convenient.

From the linked article: The FOIA law, first enacted in 1966 before the advent of personal computers, 'neither authorizes nor requires agencies to search for Federal records in personal email accounts maintained on private servers or through commercial providers,' the inspector general report explained.

My guess is that the 1966 law contained some language that clearly mandates that federal employees treat all official communications in a manner which makes them available for FOIA searches.

To suggest that a federal employee could hide official messages by simply setting them on fire or selling them to the Soviets is nonsense. Maintaining the only copy of an electronic record off of federal premises would also be obviously an attempt to avoid accountability.
