I don't know if you were on some of the other threads, but posters providing sourced documents that state that when it comes to being considered an NBC, that it is the father's citizenship, not the mother's , which counts.

I don't know if that is absolutely true, but I would like to see it proven one way or the other so it can be dealt with.
