I’m Going natural, 15,000 Calcium (citrate is the most common) But I’m that small percent that can’t handle the GI side effects and use Coral Calcium. Half the amount in Magnesium that is NOT OXIDE bound. K2 Complex as it forces the Calcium to stay in your bones and not go into your arteries. Strontium Citrate 400 mg. D3 at least 5,000 UI.

I had to research each one of the drugs as I’m real drug sensitive, the side effects are horrible. RXList is the most useful for that kind of research. All can be found on google search. Including the horror stories.
