George Mason was among several delegates to the Constitutional Convention who refused to sign the document because, at that point, it lacked the Bill of Rights.
Why GMU is hosting this is beyond me.
Money. And that school has nothing to do with its namesake’s principles or convictions. If he knew what went on there, George Mason would want his name off of it.
