If that drone really was at 200 feet (which I doubt) that Dad is a crack shot. :) Aat that range, it is getting marginal for a shotgun to take down anything. I would estimate 120 to 140 ft maximum range for a shotgun/drone kill.

I’ve hit clays at 65 yards with #8 shot and broken them, so a tighter choke and some lead #2’s and I think you could get the drone.
