There are no longer any ethanol subsidies. Those ended last year and they were not renewed.

I was thinking they were still in place.

...ethanol can't compete with 30-40, even 50 dollar oil.

So how will the RFS through 2022 be achieved?

The current standard is 10%. My guess would be that, if the RFS is scheduled to expire in 2022, there will be a gradual draw down -- e.g., from 10% to 8% to 6%, etc.
