Also you’d still need to show on the US side that her citizenship was renounced. Just because Canada may say they require that doesn’t mean that she actually did it. That’s a Canadian issue not US to deal with.

No, she would’ve been required to take that oath upon naturalization as a Canadian citizen. It wasn’t voluntary, and it’s not like they would’ve randomly administered the oath in different ways to different people. It doesn’t work like that.
