Obama's gun control lies (Most already know these, but)

In what was surely the most sickening display of presidential demagoguery in the history of the United States, President Obama wept - wept - crocodile tears in a calculated effort to gain the support of the ignorant, the clueless, and the stupid while announcing multiple violations of the Bill of Rights yesterday.

Obama's speech alternated between effeminate weeping, pleading, and sanctimonious, holier-than-thou indignation as he presented a litany of falsehoods, straw man arguments, and outright lies as justification for his plan to strip the American public of constitutionally enumerated rights:

I know most on FR know these things but they "bear" repeating to your lib acquaintances whenever possible. Not that they will necessarily believe you but if you can cast some doubt and maybe kick start some minor, undamaged, un-offended brain cell, it's worth a try. For the truly dedicated IPOS/LPOS/SPOS/UPOS, there's no hope. (as far as the weep-a-thon, somebody mentioned a little vicks on your finger will crank up the ol' tear ducts pretty well)

Thanks for your post. The points do need repeating. Most people do not realize how much of the Constitution is being ignored, not to mention the Bill of Rights.
I will never believe that Obama was a “Constitutional” professor/teacher. It is another lie.

Levine and John Lott discussed bo’s ‘teaching’ at Chicago yesterday. bo is incompetent liar.

Meanwhile, when bo told how all those guns went off accidently (thus needing safe ID devices), he did not dare mention the illegal sanctuary alien shooting Kate Steinle.

Illegal said the gun just went off.

What you also need to understand is that many Freepers will defend to the max the background check system we currently have in place. They also want “sensible” gun control. Just watch.

I personally am opposed to any type of background check in order to purchase a gun. If you get caught in the commission of a crime with a weapon then you get the punishment.

Now watch how many Freepers come on to flame me. :-)

The news media loves tears when pushing an agenda. I’ve seen politicians and cops cry on camera over and over when pushing for more “gun control!” over the last fifty years.

When the tears starts, the camera slowly pans in for a close up to show how sad the cops and their bosses are, as if to say...”SEE! YOUR Ownership of EVIL GUNS made this cop cry!”

If you get caught in the commission of a crime with a weapon then you get the punishment.

Which would only work if the punishment were swift and sure, and commensurate with the crime.

Not from me. Those who have “paid their debt to society” should be able to own weapons again. Those caught using weapons in the commission of a crime should have the book thrown at them.

I’m old enough to remember being able to mail order guns. It should still be that way.

Not me. Kinda like the msm and anti crowds keep lecturing that “most” (numbers please) responsible gun owners have no problem with background checks. Then how come only 2% of those polled(some poll by somebody somewhere) think that guncontrol is an issue. Wouldn’t that mean that 98% think that guncontrol is a NON-issue? Same with CCW. Don’t recall anywhere in the 2nd calling for permits.

Makes me wonder why it was that back before 1969, when the 1968 Gun Control Law went into effect, that guns were available everywhere, grocery stores, hardware stores, filling stations, clothing stores, saddle shops, no questions asked cash and carry, even across state lines.

Yet the crime rate back then was so low!

I am SURE there needs to be MORE gun control-

AND stricter background checks!

1. Registered Democrap?- gun ownership denied!

Far too many Americans believe the Bill of Rights is actually The Bill of Privileges.

The same group would not know true Freedom if it smacked them in the Face.

What were the Demographics in 1969? I was born in ‘61 and the first guns I saw was watching the Viet Nam war every weeknight on our fancy color TV....The 1967 immigration reform pushed by Kennedy had not worked its magic...I think that explains it pretty much.
