So if I sell my car to my neighbor am I now a “car dealer” and subject to the laws that govern car dealerships?
Do I now need to incorporate as an LLC before selling a gun to my neighbor?
I think that is how they intend to harass everyday Americans in order to chill the transfer of personally owned guns.
