That (in my previous comments) will be lost in the moronic noise, by the way. The gun control push will find its success in unjustly banning one part of the population at a time. It started with part of the VAWA long ago under Clinton.
There are laws banning felons from having a gun. Raid some of these gang hideouts, put the members behind bars for gun possession, and when the lefties complain, remind them that they wrote the laws.
Hillary must be defeated.
The GOP-E will go silent on these executive actions after the election. They are content to disarm law abiding Americans no matter what the election year rhetoric is.
Yes, time to get out and campaign for anybody but her (or her ilk, like Sanders or O’Malley, or even in my opinion Jeb Bush).
The man flooding our country with thousands of Muslim terror cells because it would violate some clause in the Constitution (even though the Constitution says nothing about refugees) is now lecturing us that his actions on guns are totally Constitutional even though the Constitution says the right to bear arms shall not be infringed is lecturing us about the evils of escalating violence?
I don’t see anything about the major problem this country has with black violence. There’s definitely a problem with black males committing murders and robberies in too many of our communities. The problem isn’t the gun, it’s the person behind the gun.

I think that under his own executive action that Obama can have the Justice department initiate harassment lawsuits, whether based in legality or not. They would be used to intimidate, to cost Americans with moderate means beyond their ability to contest, and to chill the transfer of guns by just about anyone.
So if I sell my car to my neighbor am I now a “car dealer” and subject to the laws that govern car dealerships?
Do I now need to incorporate as an LLC before selling a gun to my neighbor?
I think that is how they intend to harass everyday Americans in order to chill the transfer of personally owned guns.
True. Lawyers in politics don’t like to repeal bad laws or reverse bad policies. Such actions would cut into the proceeds from their rackets.
But such politicians can be turned over. Un-elect them often. Otherwise, be generally nonpolitical while expressing discontent. Oppose consumerism and all else that they get cash flow from.
Avoid buying anything that you don’t really need.
Make the learning experience and activity of becoming more self-sufficient a frequent and ongoing practice.
Learn to manufacture something of good use or at best, something of necessity as a hobby for now. Support open source equipment design projects and permaculture for agriculture. Help to build the way to a much more distributed and less centralized economy.
