Superior Court Judge Peter Bariso struck JONAH’s witnesses because they did not view homosexual attractions and relationships as normal. In February 2015, he wrote that “the theory that homosexuality is a disorder is not novel but – like the notion that the earth is flat and the sun revolves around it – instead is outdated and refuted.”

They should have immediately filed for a change of venue as this putz was prejudicial abd predisposed to bias. That was not a ruling of law but of his own opinion.

I was about to post the same sentiment

The judge disallowed witnesses based on his own personal prejudice.

The problem with an appeal is; ... too much pro faggot legal engineering has made faggotry more legal than not

So the notion of homosexuality as mental illness is “refuted” because the people who claim it is NOT a mental illness are the ones defining mental illness.

I never realized “science” was so subjective.
