U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch issued what Second Amendment supporters likely see as a dark warning about the White Houseâs looming executive order on guns, telling a group of reporters the federal government would be actively searching out those firearmsâ owners who want to sidestep registration.

In her words, as reported by Breitbart: âWe will be looking for those individuals who seek to avoid registering,â she said, after a meeting with President Obama about his upcoming executive orders on gun control.
Her statement was in reference to the widely reported portion of Obamaâs executive order thatâs supposed to expand the definition of âgun dealerâ to include even those who make private, one-on-one transactions. Specifically, his order would then require anyone whoâs âengaged in the business of dealing in firearmsâ to register as a dealer, and thus become subject to the background checksâ process, as Breitbart reported.

The order doesnât make any exceptions based on the numbers of gun sales, and as Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano pointed, that means even an individual selling one firearm to another individual would have to abide the mandate.

every gun you buy nowadays is registered with the gun companies, and the federal government.
Register. Yup. Hair stood up on the back of my neck.
They're not unregistered, just undocumented!
Mr. Trump, your first order of business for you and your Attorney General appointee:
18 United States Code, U.S. Criminal Code Section 241
- Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so securedâ
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Believe what you like. It doesn't make it true, and you seem to have confused me with someone who cares for your opinion.
You post anonymously on a public forum, goading people to not pay taxes. Urging them to ignore or break firearm laws.
I did no such thing. As a matter of fact, in my last post, I stated the opposite: that I really don't care what you do or don't do. What I DID say, is that we consent to the destruction of the 2nd Amendment when we walk into a gun store and submit to un-Constitutional background checks, and that we consent to a criminal IRS every time we file taxes. Am I somehow incorrect in those statements?
I wait for the sound of guns ignited by a righteous cause. I will rush to find it.
That just proves your ignorance - you really want to die? You honestly believe there will be some "trigger event" that will signal your so-called 'righteous cause'? If the destruction of the Constitution isn't a righteous cause, I don't know what is.
But the truth is, you are entirely missing the point, because instead of taking a moment to ponder the reality of things, you are only interested in pi$$ing & moaning about what you consider "advice from a fool". In reality, if you actually pay attention, you'll realize that I am advocating a better way - a Constitutional, common sense way - to bring us back to true, Constitutional freedom, without firing a shot.
Will it still require sacrifice? Absolutely! It is also the precise reason it'll never happen. Americans today like their 'stuff' - toys, mortgage, new/semi-new car, big screen TV's, iPads (although I can't fathom why anyone would support an organization that backs the leftist extremists) and so forth. They like their 'stuff' far more than they like the idea of actually living like a REAL AMERICAN, and holding ourselves to the standards & legacy the Founders left us with.
