There are several pages, including Wiki, that give the breakdown. Most of the states are “proportional,” but with additional votes awarded by county, then delegates for the person who wins the most counties, so it’s sort of a stacked proportional. Some are winner take all, but most of the Super Tuesday primaries are of the mixed proportional variety.

They are either all or almost all proportional until March 15th after which time they are winner take all.

Exceptions might apply.
