Yes. A deliberate, explicit non-response is in fact a zero-content response. No response at all would have been a real non-response. Her blank response still implies plenty of information (she’s afraid to respond, or has no intelligent response).

I've seen it done many times , mostly here on FR where people say something like....
"You're an idiot, I am right, I'm running out of ammo so...shut up and never talk to me again."
