One needs to be a member of IBEW Local 3 to change a light bulb in NYC.
I used to be in IT for a large corporation, and at our eastern locations I couldn’t change out a PC Card without calling on an IBEW drone to come up and do it for me. A five minute process took 30 minutes to an hour.
