Yup, if only Ted had billions like Trump, he wouldn't need to have donors and could claim to be free from outside influence and corruption. Then he might have a chance of making your ridiculous cut.

When was the last time Ted supported a democrat for office or donated to his/her campaign? Yeah, I can't remember either.
