Considering the location, it takes no imagination to realize a significant portion of them were black. It also takes no imagination to understand that no police officer wants to be involved in an altercation with any politically favored minority. That's a fight they can't win, and the chances are at least 50/50 that being in the right and scrupulously following the letter of the law wouldn't be a defense.

WRONG. This is a fight we can win. Trump won't stand with thugs... he'll stand with the grown ups. His "Justice Department' won't be defending Criminals - they'll be prosecuting criminals.

I wish I could believe this. But Justice Department employees are both bureaucrats (whose goals are not their job description but to protect the agency) and union-protected by law.

I appreciate Trump's motives and energy and wish he could do what he's saying he will do but the reality is he will come face to face with that wall of non-movement.

Unions and elected lawyers are what have killed this country, in my opinion.
