It appears that this action may only be undertaken within 14 days of a sentence, and that is a great basis for this chicanery to be overturned.
The sadpart of armed resistence tot he government thuggery is that the ones who will be bullet dumps are not the ones in need of killin’ ... the federal government land management and wildlife bureau are useless eaters if they don’t lie, steal people’s lands and destroy thriving businesses. THESE are the ones who should be catching bullets, but alas, some poor saps hired to be the muscle will instead be the fodder the thuggery will disdain.
Has Trump ever suggested anything even close to overturning the system?
The nuts move first.
While the rest of us are pontificating about what can & should be done, someone on some side will take action - likely something stupid, which the rest of us will have to suffer the repercussions of.
However, how can a judge order someone back to prison after they have been released?
How is that legal?
It isn’t.
But, let’s not question our government overlords lest they get their pet media to make us all look like nutcases...
action through the court system is no longer effective ... just look at recent decisions ... imho
unwise for them, perhaps, but if these things are not firmly resisted, even if hopelessly, we will not hear of them and will have no warning when that hammer falls. These things cause the tool users to be more aware and acquire more tools and supplies.
BLM and Forest Service ain’t your friends anymore.
“”Setting fires on land that does not belong to you, especially during a drought, seems like a bad idea in principle.””
Especially when one of them was to cover up a crime you committed.
Good advice.
GREAT pic.
We don’t even know that for sure, we have to wait for all the facts.
I’ve heard the speculation too. I’m simply hoping this doesn’t escalate to very crazy levels.
While I can’t find fault with most of your thoughts, I feel I should point out (IMO) Waco & Ruby Ridge were well beyond egregious. And neither was properly addressed politically or legally.
Waco should have been and was not a turning point in the march towards a police state. It’s now far enough back that most of the current population simply don’t care. It’s not real.
I truly believe that by the time sufficient numbers realize the boot is on their collective necks, it will be far too late to stop. Live as slaves or die as free men.
I agree with you. This is volatile attention mongering in a situation where the federal case is weaker than usual. If Leviathan was manufacturing a false flag incident, they couldn’t have done much better.
This is not the place, the time, or the incident. This is not a hill to die on.
It’s apparently of the Hammond’s property in Oregon. They made the cutouts and “planted” them on their land.
Maybe the fact that they were arrested, tried, found guilty, sentenced and then served out their time has something to do with it.
A while after they are legally released the Feds come along and “Oh, no, you need to serve more time”???????
No never try to take on the Federal Govt unless you have the moral high ground and the support of the local community.
This case needs to work its way through the court system.
Aamon Bundy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
