EO’s have been used, by all Presidents, in some form or fashion...and, officially, since 1862. Are you saying that the next President cannot use EO’s? If so, then your candidate would have to go back on his promise to undo 0’s EO’s.

No I am saying that one of the two camps wants government by EO. And it ain’t TC’s. EOs are not evil in and of themselves. They are not a method of government.
