A number of women choose to skip birth control in order to get pregnant without partner consent (calling it an “oops”), in order to either get him to marry her, or hit him up for child support. If the plan doesn’t work, she gets an abortion.

A reliable men’s “pill” would take away women’s ability to play that game. Feminists would oppose that.
