What is non sensible about the 2nd amendment to the US Constitution? He never mentioned his animus toward it when he swore an oath to uphold it?

The Second Amendment gives the right to the “people”. In the Constitution “people” is always interpreted to mean INDIVIDUAL rights. The Second Amendment says a well regulated militia is necessary, again it does not mention state or federal government but the “people”. We also know the writers of the Second Amendment debated the need for and it was discussed that the “people” had this right to protect themselves, their family and neighbors and to defend same from an oppressive government. The Tenth Amendment says “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States respectively, or to the people”. The US or State are NOT mentioned in the Second Amendment and as supported by the Tenth Amendment are left to the INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE. No branch of Federal government, State , City County or town has the authority of the Constitution to determine when, where what kind of or type of firearm the PEOPLE bear, concealed or not.
That being said I don’t have the wherewithal to fix this egregious violation of my individual or of our collective rights.
