Naw, that probably requires more spine than the collective Republican Congress can muster. More like they will fully fund his actions, then pass meaningless show legislation to show how upset they are.
They have already fully funded his actions. The Omnibus spending bill fully funds Obamacare, refugees, H2B visas, gun grabbing and a whole host of things we don’t know about, YET.
