The State Department found yet another of former Secretary Hillary Clinton’s emails it’s deemed to contain “secret†information, and hundreds more that it classified at a lower level of secrecy — part of Thursday afternoon’s release of more than 3,000 new messages from her unique email arrangement.
The new secret message was deemed “unclassified†at the time it was sent, but has now been elevated as officials process and release more than 30,000 of Mrs. Clinton’s emails, which she belatedly returned to the government nearly two years after she left office.
This latest release, just hours before the new year, breaks a federal judge’s order by falling well short of the 4,800 messages supposed to have been released by the end of the day. The State Department, blaming the end-of-year holidays, released less than 65 percent of the number of emails it was supposed to.

Well, it’s obviously not a problem or a crime for anyone to mishandle classified information, otherwise Hillary Clinton, who is no better than any of us and arguably worse than all of us, would have been indicted a long time ago.
Dumped on New Year’s Eve. LOL.
If she is NOT prosecuted, couldn’t any future violator just claim that their prosecution is unconstitutional under recent interpretations of the Fifth Amendment? It would be very difficult to argue against this.
So...will the judge put someone in jail for contempt because they essentially told him or her to “stuff it”?

The question now is WILL THE JUDGE LEVY SANCTIONS ON THE OBAMA REGIME for this latest DEFIANCE of the law and a judge’s order? I guess we’ll see if THIS judge is in the pocket of the ‘RATS.
Why, that makes it sound almost legal.
O gosh! Perhaps Hillary was doing things during her time as SoS. Now we know that at least a few of her emails were actually classified - since she claims none of her emails were classified. NONE. I do wish someone in the DNC would explain how we had a SoS for 4 years who never once rec’d a classified email [to her knowledge, at least].
Some already are.
I don’t know what a “pison” is, but it sounds like something she would be.
I figure the word in bold is missing either an "r" or an "s"--either works for me!!
