...interesting. Maybe it’s the form of the proper noun that has an effect:
“Belgiums Shocked” would probably be not true, as I suspect most Ethnic Belgiums have FINALLY figured out what’s going on...it’s just that they get jailed if they complain about it.
“Belgium Shocked” is probably true - as that implies the government is ‘shocked’ that these terrorists are, well, terrorists. The government leaders throughout Western Europe seem to be PROGRAMMED to believe (or act like they believe) that these new terrorists arriving is no different than a bunch of plumbers from Poland...or so it seems.
