How does Cosby get charged for an alleged crime that is 11 coming 12 years old? It seems odd to me. The thing that's going to get Cosby off (apart from a young white woman) is the fact that at this distance from the alleged crime it's hard to find sufficient evidence to prove the charge.

Certain sex crimes in Michigan have a 12 year statute of limitations. Cosby’s time would have run out in Jan.2016, so they charged him.
