In a recent interview, Gaza ENT doctor Muhammad Yahya Barzaq said that he had written a book refuting Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity. "Had Einstein deigned to read the discoveries of Christian Doppler, we would never have had something called the Einstein Theory," he said. Barzaq further said that he had come up with his invention of what he called a "cartridge plane" after replacing a cassette at the exact moment when an airplane was flying overhead. On the issue of Gaza he said that people there "deserve to live because they have the benefit and interest of humanity at heart."
Following are excerpts from the interview, which was posted on the Internet on November 17, 2015.
Muhammad Yahya Barzaq: I have never liked physics. It has never been a hobby of mine, and I never imagined that one day, I would write a book about physics. But from a young age, I was addicted to a Kuwait TV show hosted by Zoher Al-Karmi, called "News of Science, Medicine, and Inventions."

The first research I submitted to the Islamic University was titled "The Light That Comes Out Of Moving Sources." That was in 2003.

Just because I was challenging Einstein â I can't say that people mocked me, but they sure felt sorry for me. It seemed as if I was out of my element. I didn't invent things. I discovered them. I said: I have brought this idea before you, so that you, the experts, can pass judgment whether it is true or false. If it is true, we will have shattered â or rather, corrected â Einstein's theory. If it turns out that Einstein's theory is correct, this would only serve to reinforce what we already know. But we cannot reject something just because of the way it looks, or merely because the person who presented this theory is not a physicist, and has nothing to do with Einstein. Who the hell is he to challenge Einstein?! For me, of course, it was a great honor that unknowingly, I was challenging Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity.

People who attended my seminar came just to have fun. They wanted to see who was that person talking about the physics of light, and about Einstein's theory. For them, it was merely a fun pastime. That is why I had no choice but to write a book.
[â¦]
In the chapters of my book, I have managed to prove that Einstein's theory runs counter to some things in physics, which were discovered about 100 years earlier. I am talking about the Doppler effect by Christian Doppler. It was discovered 100 years earlier. Had Einstein deigned to read the discoveries of Christian Doppler, we would never have had something called the Einstein Theory.
[â¦]
What I proved in 2003 was later proved again by scientists working at the French-Swiss CERN accelerator complex, in an experiment that lasted less than five minutes. They proved that a particle can move at a speed faster than the speed of light. Therefore, the Einstein Theory is false. I had refuted it, and then it was refuted empirically.

When I was a student, I used to listen to recorded lectures, and also songs, to tell you the truth. Once, as I was replacing the cassette, an airplane passed above us. That's when I came up with the idea that the cassette was made in order to protect a delicate mechanism, which is the tape on which we record.
[â¦]
An idea popped into my head: Why not use the same method to protect the very delicate human element? Why not protect the passengers on a plane in the same way? That's why I called my idea for a plane "the cartridge plane." When I elaborated on the idea, I sketched⦠The idea is meant to separate the fate of the passengers from the fate of the plane.
[â¦]
I was hoping at least to get a phone call. I gave four copies of my book to the library of the Islamic University. I also gave four copies to the physics department of the Islamic University, as well as to Al-Azhar University. I gave two copies to the science department as well. Nobody called me. Furthermore, I went to Egypt, and distributed copies of my book at the Egyptian universities. Nobody called me to ask what it was.
[â¦]
I hope that your interest in the "cartridge plane" invention, and in the book about Einstein's theory⦠I hope that scientists and experts will want to debate me, and to discuss my ideas and what I wrote in my book, in order to reveal the truth.

I'd like the whole world to know something about Gaza. Gaza does not deserve death. It does not deserve the siege. In Gaza, there are people who deserve to live, because they have the benefit and interest of humanity at heart.
[â¦]
Lets ask him.
It’s especially embarrassing when machines make you do it.
Hard to do in lands with no trees. No corn cobs or Sears Roebuck catalogs either.
The Isrealis have managed to grow trees all over the area.
Yatir Forest in the north-western Negev
Eshtaol Forest north of Beit Shemesh
As demonstrate so elequently, the Israelis have done it, but unfortunately, the Arabs have not. Their use of goats is an unfortunate contributor to desertification.
