Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama keep their spots as the most admired in 2015. Gallup Poll released on Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, their annual list of most admired men and women for the year with predictable results. For the eighth straight year, President Obama has topped the list of most admired men; while Hillary Clinton topped the list of most admired women for as record-breaking time, although their numbers fall or remain stagnate.

President Obama won the distinction of most admired with 17 percent of the vote, down from 19 percent last year. He has appeared on the top 10, 11 times since 2006. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton might have overwhelming numbers in the Democratic campaign polls, but her number is quite low as most admired. Clinton only received 13 percent of the vote to reach the top of the list, last year she had 12 percent. She has appeared on the list 24 times. As Gallup noted, "Although Clinton and Obama each led this year's poll by significant margins, the percentage mentioning each as most admired is slightly lower than the percentages they have received in the past."

President Obama has the second overall most admired titles tying with former Presidents Bill Clinton (1993-2001) and Ronald Reagan (1981-1989) but behind Dwight Eisenhower (1953-1961). As for the list of most admired men after President Obama, Pope Francis ties with Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump for second place with five percent of the vote each. Popular Democratic candidate and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is third with 3 percent. Rounding out the top five is Microsoft founder and philanthropist Bill Gates with two percent.

Gallup. A wholly owned Marxist polling operation and subsidiary of Clinton Inc.

Says a heck of a lot more about Gallup and the people they poll than it does about the ‘winners’.

If Obama and Hillary are the most admired people, maybe they should mate and create a super-Presidency. Oh, wait...

So 13 people think Hillary is most admired? I guess it matter who you poll. I know at least 15 people who say otherwise.

Other and No Opinion beat the Kenyan Klown.

I’ll take that as he is not that greatly admired at all.

There is no way at this point in time the majority admire her. Every time she stays in public eye for to long her polls drop. If she was all that the dem debate viewer numbers would have been higher.

My thoughts exactly, but if this IS true then we have more to fear than I thought especially if these people vote! Guess my greatest fear is there's a huge portion of our society who just vote depending on how much they are promised, and if that's the case that's hard to counter.

I’d like to see the pool of people they interviewed. Based upon the results it must the 47% that lives off the rest of us.

Story byline: Quick, what name comes to mind when we ask you what woman do you most admire? Duh... how about Hillary ‘cause I can’t think of anybody else. Can you give me a list to chose from? No? OK, then the only one I can think of is uh, duh, Hillary Clinton.

“Obama, Hillary Clinton remain Gallup’s most admired man and woman in 2015”

This is exactly way I have already resigned my self to the fact Hillary is going to win the next election. This country has low standards now. Republicans are hated. Democrats are beloved. When the people put 0bama and Hillary as their most admired, then you know it’s heyday is passed.

I’d really, really like to see who owns Gallup, who works in top management at Gallup and who sets up that poll and who ran that poll, what their backgrounds are, and to see that poll itself, the structure and the methodology of finding participants in that poll.
