All the while upgrading its military and conducting wars in several worthless places like Syria, Ukraine etc/
Russians are always announcing things. They never build them, but that doesn’t matter, because their people are happy about the announcement and forget nothing was built as there will be a new announcement of great future things to make them happy again.
