Of course, for many Trump supporters Trump supporting the Clintons and being an apologist for Bill Clinton's sexual harassment was and is fine. His attacking a Republican President while defending a Clinton is even more fine. Now, Trump is offended by Bill Clinton's behavior because it's a tool to fend of the people he once praised, donated huge amounts of money to, and helped get elected so they do him favors.

Just curious; how is it you anti-Trump types can dig up old news about Trump, but nothing touting your candidate of choice?

The Cruz-bots are going crazy tossing out these threads, dozens at a time, at 2am in the morning.

Helloooo Cruz Bots, you can't win a "principles" argument when your candidate lies to his supporters about his support for legalization, among other indiscretions.

The beauty of Trump is that his dismissal of the Clinton's sex crimes is entirely irrelevant, since Clinton's sexual proclivities are so nasty and heinous, they can't be defended.

Agreed!

Let’s also not forgot Cruz and TPA/TPP.

They have one set of standards for Trump; another set of standards for Cruz. Makes life so much easier for them.

But also easy for us, since their hypocrisy and the faults of their candidate are so easy to point out.

So irrelevant that Trump had Clintons come to his third wedding? So irrelevant that he now claims they’re relevant, feigns anger and disgust, as he runs against fellow elitist Hillary? You’re becoming as situational in your approach to what’s relevant and what is not relevant? Do conservative principles need to shift so much that anyone can claim to be one regardless of his association, funding, and fondness of the Clintons? Character matters. Trump’s is to promote Putin now, Clintons before, and of course himself.

That they are and it's beyond STUPID !

I don't understand what they are hoping to accomplish. Do you know?

Do conservative principles

Remember: Your candidate is not a principled conservative, thus making all your wailing and gnashing of teeth entirely irrelevant.

I'll stick with Trump, and you can keep on, with the rest of this small minority of insane Cruz supporters, posting and reposting the same stories to prop up your "principled" candidate.

Yep!

One more thing...unlike many Cruz supporters (at least on these threads), most of us supporting Trump would gladly vote for Cruz if things took a turn for some reason. This is not the case with many Cruz supporters; if their guy doesn’t get the nomination, they’ll stay home and pout.

I’ll wager this same story will be posted 3 more times before 6 a.m. :-D

Actually it's 9:45 AM where I am but I am not sure that truth is dependent on distance from the Greenwich Meridian.

Why was Trump defending that which cannot be defended? Because he is ambitious. Why does Trump indict the Clintons for sex crimes? Because he is ambitious.

Why did Cruz fight against the gang of eight immigration bill, because he is a principled conservative. Why is Trump a demagogue? Because he is unprincipled and ambitious.

When you come up with evidence that Ted Cruz is or was a closet Democrat, I will admit as remotely comparable the comparisons with the career of Donald Trump.

Why did Cruz fight against the gang of eight immigration bill,

Notice you start off the "debate" we've had before with a red herring. We both know the question is: "How did Cruz fight it?" He fought it by supporting permanent legal status for illegal aliens, a 500 percent increase in H1B1, and the doubling of green cards, provided border security came first. Cruz supported legalization as recently as March of this year, as my link demonstrates.

Nate, the fact remains, you Cruz supporters spend more time trashing Trump than pushing your own candidate. Why is that?

Nobody gives a damn anymore. We are basically two camps now and though this shouldn't be the case; it is.

And don't push your side's flies off on mine; we're NOT the ones who began this war, but we're going to finish it by winning the nomination for our candidate.

I reject your premise, Cruz supporters do not spend more time defending the man who does not need much defense except against outrageous calumnies directed at Cruz by hypocritical Trump supporters.

Why do you divert the issue from the candidates to the supporters? Must we argue by association? Well, we are not drinking the Kool-Aid, Trump supporters are.

The conservatism of Ted Cruz does not need our support, it is in open display in his biography and in his career for all to see. The conservatism of Donald Trump is a mask and can only be believed by one who is willing to drink Kool-Aid because it is belied by his biography, his previous attachment to the Democrat party, his financing of Hillary Clinton, his flip-flopping on every issue dear to conservatives, and his naked personal ambition.

Cruz was a conservative when Trump was hobnobbing with the Clintons at his third wedding. Cruz was a conservative when Trump was for funding planned parenthood before he was against it to get the Republican nomination. Cruz was a conservative when Trump was for funding the Clintons. The list could go on and on. Trump is a fraud. He’s no more a conservative than he is a gentleman.

Considering how tough Donald Trump is talking about Bill Clinton‘s sex scandals now, it might surprise you (or not, because honestly, how many things has he suddenly changed his mind on at this point) to learn that The Donald didn’t always feel this way. Just to review, in the past week, Trump has tweeted out a lot about the former president, saying that it’s not him that has a “penchant for sexism,” it’s Clinton. Trump has tweeted about Clinton’s “terrible record of women abuse” and sent a warning-like “BE CAREFUL!” to Hillary Clinton for calling him a sexist. But CNN...

Cruz was a conservative

Cruz is a "conservative" who lies to his supporters about supporting legalization, and also screwed us on TPA. Hence your desperate need to slander Trump. Your candidate can't stand up under his own weight.
