It’s really easy to grab the wrong file. Once upon a time, when the software I work on was still distributed by discs which we made on site, somebody forgot to clear the cache on the repro machine, so we wound up sending out a couple hundred copies Ice-T’s new album. Whoopsies happen, especially at 2AM.
