Ummmm no. Every single real estate asset owned by Trump is public knowledge. All Forbes needed to do was get the best minds in the real estate business to put a valuation on the assets and use public records to ascertain how much of it is in mortgage to the banks and how much is owned outright by Trump. Not only that they went over every single item with Trump himself, who was on the cover of that issue.
