Go watch the raw video, the gun was not being brandished when the cops arrived. He never pointed anything at the cops, again the raw video is available.
The phone call to the police is available, the caller told the dispatcher its probably a juvenile and its probably a toy. The “gun” was not being brandished or even out when the police arrived.
So please, again, get your facts straight. The gun was never pointed at any police... this was a kid playing with a toy and every damned adult involved failed and now he is dead, this trying to blame this child for its own death is repugnant.
This kid was decked out in his gangbanger uniform and he at 170 pounds was looking exactly like he wanted to. I am saddened by the outcome for both of them, but it seems your agenda is to make it a financial opportunity.
