Their smart phones should be confiscated as this is the means that they use to congregate in large groups. Police should look through the smart phones for all of their contacts, look up any outstanding warrants etc. Take their precious cell phones and stop treating them with kid gloves.

They are GIVEN taxpayer funded smart phones. Absolutely, they should be confiscated. It’s exactly how they manage to execute these diabolical plans to disrupt, and to cause harm and injury. Let them earn their smart phone and make them pay for the damage they cause by doing ‘dirty work.’
I don’t have one myself (maybe one of the last people on earth NOT to have a smartphone) because it’s too expensive with the data plan. Somehow I’ve managed to live many decades without, and think i can survive a bit longer without needing a smart phone
You got something there. If we had a real DoJ, they would be going after the organizers of these social media groups that organize and instigate these flash mobs. I bet if you dig deep enough you will find liberal (non-black) deep pockets funding it.
